There's tiny little me in a tiny little Peugeot and then there's the weather...spectacular weather, it's the main show during my entire drive...improvisational jazz, constantly surprising, riffing on certain themes, a horn holding a note longer than I thought possible. Like amoebas, clouds form from misty patches, divide into puffy bits, turn gray and fall to the ground shattered into wet droplets of rain.

Rain storms form in small clusters on the horizon and move in towards the shore. I hide out in ancient stone shelters, under trees, in the car, in a cave on the beach. Hills in the distance disappear enveloped in an opaque rainstorm reemerging later green and luminescent. A brilliant laser beam of sun shines down onto the ocean.
